Service Codes are unique identifiers for a privacy policy, product, brand, or subsidiary. Creating a Service Code generates both an associated webform and a dedicated entry point on the shared hotline (866-I-OPT-OUT).
How they organize requests
Privacy requests submitted through the toll-free number or webform appear in your dashboard grouped by Service Code. That makes it easier to manage requests by business segment.
Filters at the top of the Privacy Requests tab include Service Code. Bookmarking the URL after you apply a filter keeps that view for your team.
Limits and scale
At signup, SMB includes 1 Service Code; Enterprise and Enterprise + Scale include up to 5. If your organization needs more (across dedicated phone numbers or webforms), contact us for a custom quote.
