How Do I Embed the Web Form?

Embed an Optacy webform on your site and register allowed domains for security.

Embed steps

  1. In the dashboard Webforms tab, open Instructions for the webform you want to embed.
  2. Choose the option to embed the webform inside your website.
  3. Toggle options such as including Optacy CSS or collapsing the webform by default.
  4. Email support@optacy.com with the full list of domains and subdomains where you will host the form (for example https://www.mydomain.com, https://app.mydomain.com). Optacy only accepts webform submissions from registered domains.

On your site footer, include a Do Not Sell My Personal Information link that deep-links to the interactive webform, often via an anchor such as #ccpatollfree on your privacy policy page (for example https://mydomain.com/privacy#ccpatollfree).
