MCP Server

Manage Privacy Requests From Your AI Client

Handle CCPA and GDPR privacy requests in natural language, without opening a dashboard.

The Optacy MCP Server connects AI clients like Claude Desktop to your Optacy account through the Model Context Protocol. Ask about pending requests, get summaries, and move work forward from the tool you already use.

What You Can Do From Your AI Client

The Optacy MCP Server connects Claude Desktop, or any client that supports the Model Context Protocol, to the privacy requests in your Optacy account.

  • Instant Privacy Request Monitoring

Ask about new or pending privacy requests and get an answer in seconds, without logging in to the dashboard.

  • Conversational Responses

Get clear, plain-language summaries of a request, its status, and what still needs to happen.

  • Automated Processing Workflows

Move requests forward from the conversation, so routine processing does not wait for someone to open the dashboard.

  • Dashboard-Free Efficiency

Stay in the AI client your team already uses. Fewer tabs and fewer logins mean faster responses to requesters.

  • Secure and Verified Access

The server authenticates with your Optacy account, so your AI client only reaches the requests that account can access.

How It Works

Three steps from setup to your first answer.

  1. Your AI client
  2. Optacy MCP Server
  3. Your Optacy account
Your AI client talks to the Optacy MCP Server, which reads and updates privacy requests in your Optacy account.
  • 1

    Connect

Add the Optacy MCP Server to Claude Desktop or another MCP client and sign in with your Optacy account. Setup takes under 10 minutes.

  • 2

    Query

Ask questions about your privacy requests in natural language.

“Do we have any new privacy requests pending today?”
  • 3

    Act

Summarize a request, review its details, and decide on the next step without leaving the conversation.

“Summarize the latest GDPR request from user X.”

MCP Server FAQ

MCP is an open standard that lets AI clients connect to external tools and data. The Optacy MCP Server uses it to give your AI client access to the privacy requests in your Optacy account.

You can use Claude Desktop or any other client that supports the Model Context Protocol, including custom MCP clients built by your team.

Access requires authentication with your Optacy account, and the server only exposes the requests that account can see. Request details you retrieve are shared with your AI provider, so use a client covered by your organization’s data processing terms.
