The scanner sorts each detected script and cookie into the compliance categories your consent banner uses. Those consent buckets map automatically to detected services, so only the categories a visitor authorizes run. Jurisdiction Rules then apply the right framework by location: under opt-in rules such as GDPR, marketing and analytics tags do not execute until the visitor accepts the relevant categories.
