What Is the Optacy Default Greeting?

The default CCPA-oriented greeting applied to Service Codes until you assign another.

Optacy includes a default Greeting in the Greetings tab so you can go live quickly. It stays active for each Service Code until you associate a different greeting.

Scripts and downloads are listed under voicemail greeting scripts.

Scope

The default greeting is California / CCPA-oriented. To offer the same rights wording in all states, record your own greeting or use one of the all-states alternatives we provide.
