Can Optacy Host My Interactive Web Form?

Publish a hosted Optacy webform from the dashboard and link it from your privacy policy.

Optacy can host your webform in a few steps:

  1. Open the Hosted Webforms tab in the dashboard.
  2. For each Service Code that needs a hosted form, click Edit and add your homepage URL, privacy policy URL, and logo.
  3. Click Save, then check Published? on the Hosted Webforms tab.
  4. Open URL of Webform to confirm it is live, then link to it from your privacy policy and any Do Not Sell link in your footer.

Dedicated toll-free number users: on Edit, you can check the option that instructs callers to enter the menu option for that Service Code. Otherwise the form shows the number without a menu option prompt.
