If you use Optacy’s interactive webform, your privacy hotline and Service Code appear under the form automatically.

If you are not using the webform, update your privacy policy to include the hotline and Service Code. For example:

California residents may exercise their privacy rights by calling us toll free at 1-866-I-OPT-OUT (1-866-467-8688) and entering service code N# to leave us a message.

Replace N# with the Service Code from the Service Codes tab, followed by #. Attribution to Optacy is optional but appreciated.
